This is by far the worst management company I've ever had to deal with. My building had over 4. If you see a "Spaxel" sign as the management of any building you're thinking of moving into, please RUN. They are best known for hiring inexperience workers to repair issues and take weeks, sometimes months to do so. Leart Statovci is one of their worst employees and is manipulative when communicating with tenants. He will never admit Spaxel is at fault for delayed repairs and instead blames the tenant.
