We purchased a Yoji 14" on March 23, 2025 (transaction ending in '498') and immediately noticed issues with the bike's wheels that we couldn't resolve ourselves. I reached out via email for support, but never received a response (zendesk ticket# 36676). Unfortunately, the after-sales service appears to be non-existent—they simply don't reply. Very disappointing experience.
After-sales support is terrible.. Simple things like ordering spare parts is a nightmare - long lead times, poor stock, and zero communication response to inquiries. We are still waiting for email response and our parts order nearly 2 months after the order was placed on their website.
Ordered some tires for my daughter on Sep 5th, I had to write to them on Sep 15 inquiring about a tracking #, only to find out that they don't have the tires in stock. Very disappointed Spawn doesn't seem to care about providing updates to their customers. Also, they are not listed as out of stock on their website.

Trying to get some help and clarification on parts for my various kid's bikes is impossible, and I just wish they would offer some sort of help so I can try and get my kids riding again. Like I said, great bikes but terrible customer service. Might be only worth buying if you live in southern B... read more
