RecommendedHands down best facial I’ve ever had! Karen and the rest of the staff was professional and friendly! I loved that she also massaged my arms, neck and shoulders during the facial. Everything was amazing! First time visit and definitely coming back in the future! :)
I highly recommend spavia in natick mall. I went for a massage and facial and had to sadly leave after the massage when I got a call from daycare that my son was throwing up. They have a fabulous relaxation room and showers/locker room. The massage was amazing. They were so professional and accommodating canceling and rescheduling my facial without any issues. Such wonderful customer service !
I’m currently sitting down with a warm neck wrap after my massage and facial feeling like a brand new person. My massage with Samantha was absolutely PERFECT. She was extremely sweet and professional. Elizabeth did my facial and was great as well. She also was very sweet, professional and gentle. I’ve never felt more relaxed, I will definitely be back!
I got a Groupon and came in for a massage with Samantha and facial with Keila. Samantha was incredible and really addressed my concerns. She’s so sweet and attentive and the spa itself is absolutely fabulous and relaxing. Keila’s facial was INCREDIBLE. My skin is sensitive and reacts to everything and she did a Vitamin C and hydrating treatment that left me more moisturized and glowing than I have been in years. Absolutely loveeeeeeeeddd my massage with Samantha! Super friendly and welcoming. Applied the right amount of pressure and was very attentive to my trouble areas. I’m feeling like a brand new woman! I highly recommend booking with Samantha!
The facial experience I had with Kayla was amazing! I have had many facials and hers was truly one of the best! She listened to my concerns and need for relaxation. The whole experience from the greeting at the front desk, the relaxation room and the facial was fantastic.
Outstanding and Samantha was attentive and professional. I have been to numerous other Spas and Spavia was up there with the best.
