Unbelievable Service! Fantastic Customer Care and Atmosphere!
Renee did an amazing job with my facial service! She assessed my skin concerns and delivered such a professional, premium facial.
I have been here multiple times without issue. Today, however, I did not enjoy my massage as it was essentially an overpriced 1-hour lotion application. Instead of listening to my concerns, or noting that I didn't like that particular therapist, the owner defended the massage therapist and ultimately made it clear that my satisfaction was of no concern. The owner's actual words, "I don't know how to make you happy". I will not be returning to Spavia in Winter Park again.

Spavia has the best facility, staff, products and treatments I have experienced in Winter Park. I can’t recommend them enough! I’m so glad I became a member (I’m usually reluctant because I’ve had bad “membership” experiences in the past)!! Spavia CONSISTENTLY provides excellent service, and that’s so rare to find! 100%
