Massage felt rushed. She huffed and puffed through the whole thing. I also came closer to closing (630) appointment and it was a little loud outside the room. On a previous visit I had a much better experience. Which is why this one was disappointing.
Renee was very attentive and explained everything she was going to do and how it would help. She was easy to talk to and I felt comfortable the whole time. This was my first time here and first facial and I can’t wait to come back and try everything. I definitely recommend this place.
The Worst Spa that I've ever had to deal with. Their policies and procedures are worst than in the army. Had membership for years with them. Big waste of money. Rarely could have a practician at the time we wanted.
