Dirty and loud – They just remodeled right? So why do their robes look like they should be white but they're BROWNISH! YUCK! Also during my massage i could hear people walking around, having conversations, opening and closing doors and when they'd open the door i could hear the laundry and/or water running! NOT RELAXING!!

Sick Workers – On multiple occasions I've been told stories and been there when a therapist has to leave the massage or facial to go throw up! I don't want to get sick from a massage or facial! Illnesses are passed around more easily in places where touch is required, so why put yourself in danger by going someplace that doesn't care enough about their clients to keep their sick in bed and away from the rest of us!

Swollen Face from Signature Facial – I love getting facials but unfortunately this one left the area around my eye swollen. I called to resolve the issue, either get refunded or compensated with another service at their spa, but was told there was nothing they could do and that it was relatively common. As much as I love facials, they are a treat for me and I should not have a swollen face afterwards. I would go somewhere else for sure.

Great (Safe) Tan & Massage – I wanted to look great for my daughter’s wedding but I was worried about skin damage from tanning beds. So I tried spavia's spray tan and was amazed at how much I liked it. There was no orangey color and it was so natural. I didn’t expect the great body scrub and massage before the spray tan! It was definitely relaxing and helped prolong my tan. Recommend highly! Have gone back several times for massages and am always happy and relaxed going home.

Great Body Wrap Close to home – The Golden Mud Wrap was to die for!! I felt great for days! Thanks - as good as the one I had in Sedona a couple years ago. The brush and body scrub was not too harsh. The mud was smooth and applied carefully, comfortably and quickly. The warm bed and layers and layers of wrapping were wonderful. I could have stayed for hours. The in-room shower was also nice. The tea and time to relax in the women's retreat room was a great way to extend my relaxation time.

Newly renovated changing area is great! – I've been a client at Spavia for about 4 years and have always loved it. They are finishing their renovation of the women's locker and changing area and it is really, really nice. If you haven't been there in awhile - go back now and check it out. Much more space for us to change. They added another sink, private changing room, and moved the lockers to a larger, new space so we have more privacy. So relaxing! – Everything about Spavia is amazing! From the friendly front desk staff to the phenominal massage therapists and estheticians! The ladies at the front always make me feel welcome and special! Jen and Karissa will give you the massage of a lifetime! I am a busy mom but I make time for my microderms! Jessica has made me look younger in my 30's than I did in my 20's. I refer Spavia to all my friends and family. I have to make sure to send them somewhere I know they'll be taken care of :)

Great Experience – I have had nothing but excellent service from the moment I walk in the door. I am a regular at Spa-Via because of the wonderful experience I have at every massage, facial and waxing appointment. I refer clients there all the time knowing they will be taken care of and extremely satisfied with their service. It is nice to find a spa that provides such great services at reasonable prices! Thank you!!!

What a great time! – This spa has it all- for a very affordable price. Even in this economy- people are able to go and enjoy something relatively inexpensive at Spavia and still get high-end services. . I had a great massage- given by a very professional and sweet massage therapist. The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. Very convenient location in the DTC and still has a "small town hospitality" feel. Great spa- highly recommend.
