Spa manager and desk staff are snotty, arrogant, unhelpful, and obnoxious. My wife went in to try to exchange an item without a receipt and after giving every excuse why they would not take it, called her a liar and they threw a phone at her... she walked out without item, and we will never patronize them again (after 6 years and thousands of dollars spent). Unfiortnate because massage therapists are actually very good.
Spavia was very clean and nicely decorated to be soothing and calm. I loved the cozy robe they gave me and tea room they provided to relax in while I waited. My massage therapist, Susan, was excellent. She focused on my shoulder and neck tension and provided a lot of relief.
Natasha was very professional. The 60 minute hot stone massage was just what I needed for my sore muscles.
I was very pleased with the level of service. The massage gave me relief from lower back pain
