We recently decided to purchase a hot tub for our patio. Spaulding made this process so much fun. They gave us great advice and explained all the in and outs of hot tub maintenance. When we made our choice we were so pleased that the model was in stock and ready for delivery. Installation was seamless. We researched for months before deciding to purchase our PDC Spa from Spaulding in Plattsburgh. Their staff was welcoming and helpful and answered all of our (many) questions. Chris, Mark & Kevin were very patient as I asked for a crazy amount of quotes over course of the summer. Jordan and his installation crew were friendly and professional. Spaulding did an impeccable job with the installation of our brand new pool this summer. The collaboration on ideas at the beginning and the execution of the installation was perfect. What is almost more impressive to me is their follow up with water testing and making sure that all the installed technology has worked correctly. I’d like to extend a deep thanks and appreciation from our whole family. We absolutely love our new Spaulding pool!
Worked with the team at Spaulding to replace the heater unit in our sauna after a bad experience with another local sauna dealer. They were so great to work with and even came to Ausable Acres in Jay to install. Highly recommend them!
