The folks at Spaulding installed a barrel sauna for us in April while we were out of state visiting family. Communication before, during and after was great! Now that it’s getting cooler we are using it regularly and it’s performing perfectly! Well put together and easy to use. They also recommended an electrician who did a fantastic job as well. Very pleased.
We recently decided to purchase a hot tub for our patio. Spaulding made this process so much fun. They gave us great advice and explained all the in and outs of hot tub maintenance. When we made our choice we were so pleased that the model was in stock and ready for delivery. Installation was seamless. Friendly, professional, helpful, trustworthy and just super nice folks. Kevin, Rosemary and Chris have been a pleasure to interact with these past few years. From testing our water and providing guidance on the proper chemicals needed, to troubleshooting assistance and a super job closing our pool, I cannot recommend them enough Thanks !!
We researched for months before deciding to purchase our PDC Spa from Spaulding in Plattsburgh. Their staff was welcoming and helpful and answered all of our (many) questions. Chris, Mark & Kevin were very patient as I asked for a crazy amount of quotes over course of the summer. Jordan and his installation crew were friendly and professional. Spaulding did an impeccable job with the installation of our brand new pool this summer. The collaboration on ideas at the beginning and the execution of the installation was perfect. What is almost more impressive to me is their follow up with water testing and making sure that all the installed technology has worked correctly. I’d like to extend a deep thanks and appreciation from our whole family. We absolutely love our new Spaulding pool!
