Dear Sirs: I recently read this email. I would like to thank Dr. Driesde Rodherick for her attention and examination of the injuries I received following a car accident in which the driver, a minor, hit my car, hooked the right side of my vehicle, and ran away. I was referred to Spalding Rehab for outpatient therapy after my knee replacement, and I followed all the steps required to become a patient well in advance—at least a week before trying to schedule. Unfortunately, when I called to book my first appointment, I was met with a receptionist who was unkind, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping a new patient. My Physical Therapist Dr Leah Reidy is great. She asks good questions, listens very carefully and tweaks her homework exercise recommendations accordingly.
