Very disappointed with service and most of staff! Left multiple messages with Director of Admissions with no response and faxed new referral 3 times still with no response. Now going to a better facility who answered the phone on first try!!

All of the staff and care team at this facility are great. The one star is for MGB's Billing and Patient Solutions Departments and a saga of countless messages, calls, and hours of time for a bill where they would not provide the documentation to justify a fee I was charged. I encourage anyone going to any MGB owned facility or provider to ask about what fees are charged beyond the bill for the provider's actual time or the service, i.e. an xray or blood draw, in advance of the actual visit, and then to write that response d... read more

I want to give a massive shout out to the staff & crew of Spaulding. The duration of my stay lengthy due to a multitude of health issues and housing. Everyone there is so helpful and motivating. My physical therapist Yo, along with Winnie, Margo, Sam, Noah and forgive me if i missed anyone. I hope that everyone that works here is blessed and lives a thousand years because they are truly doing God's work. I can't forget the doctors and nurse practitioners that took fine care of me. Amanda is amazing! I’ve been dealing with chronic lower back pain for 2+ years now and have gone to multiple different places trying to fix the issue and she is the first person that has helped my back get to a place where I can see consistent progress and improvement. She provided me with exercises so that even after I left I could continue to provide relief and support for my back!
