If I could give a negative or 0 stars I would. These people are slumlords. In 2019 we moved into a townhouse that was $995 a month; owned by a local smaller rental company. 1st two years the rent increased per month each year by $40-60. Then a huge corporation based in Janesville bought and acquired not only our rental companies properties but also over 20 other local rental company rental properties in Madison. I've rented from numerous other management companies for the past 10 years; and I have never had more issues with a management company than Spaulding Group. Every month we get a withstanding balance on our account, and every month we have to show them that the lease we signed and what is on the portal is incorrect. We also are paying for two storage lockers that we do not have access to. We are currently in the process to see what legal action we have against them.
