My garage and laundry room were flooded by hurricane Milton. Spaulding Decon was recommended to me because the flood water was considered category 3 or hazardous. The two gentlemen who came to my house were prompt, polite, thorough and left my dirty old garage and laundry room sparkling and smelling fresh. They addressed all my concerns. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
This company got back to me right away. They did a estimate and then the work the very next day. Very pleased as I had to do this from another state. I had someone tell me that job was great.
Spaulding Decon helped us tremendously in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Our house flooded with about a foot of water (and three feet in the garage). They mobilized so quickly and knew exactly what to do. In an overwhelming situation, I could not be more grateful to their crew for handling our home professionally and expertly. I feel safe to start rebuilding because of their expertise.
Spaulding Team was quick to get on our storm surge remediation. Demo crew worked with us to change out personnel to help preserve countertops for reuse. The walls were opened up and dryers were in the house in 4 days. Once dry, the decontamination team came through and sprayed all exposed surfaces to eliminate mold growth.
