WORST RENTAL EVER. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! Since we have moved in, there have been NOTHING but issues with avenue living and the house itself. The house it’s self is falling apart. The walls are cracked, the roof, there is a huge gap in our living room floor so bugs AND snow get in, we have asked them to look 6 TIMES. No one has came. The sink leaks and leaves a gross yellow residue. The towel hangers just fall off the walls. In BOTH bathrooms. I like the place and enjoy living there. The move-in process went smoothly, and all of the workers were friendly, helpful, and efficient with their work.
Great place to live. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Management is excellent and always helpful. They are very kind and respectful. I would recommend this place.
Great place to live. The management team is always helpful and quick to respond whenever anything is needed. They do a great job keeping the building clean. They also make sure vacant units are taken care of right away. Overall it is a well managed apartment and a comfortable place to stay.
Great experience living with Avenue, never had any trouble and the local team is very accommodating. Highly recommended.
