We had some work done with SPATCO from Knoxville location. The technician performed the work and charged for the part which was higher then advertised on their site. After the work was completed we asked for an invoice because he wanted payment. He couldn’t provide invoice he said to take photo of it from his tablet he was carrying. We said we would need physical invoice I can’t file a phot. He said we can email you one but he doesn’t know how to do that. I will ask my office to email it. While at Sam’s on Walbrook in Knoxville, an employee from SPATCO moved his service truck and allowed the lane to open. The Sam’s employee informed me to go to that lane. A lady started pulling in front of me from the lane next door and I had to slam my brakes to keep from hitting her. She stopped and I moved to get to the pump. The employee from this company told me the pump was turned off. I moved on up and saw the pump was open. He came and stood in front of the pump and said it was closed.
