I can see why this company has a one review star. It is a horrible company with a horrible customer service with horrible technicians that take absolutely no responsibility during a service call. And when you call to to talk about their customer service you got a guy answering the phone at the DMV, on his personal time, not paying attention to what you’re saying. And a background full of noise. brilliant job!!! Keep up the great work.

We had some work done with SPATCO from Knoxville location. The technician performed the work and charged for the part which was higher then advertised on their site. After the work was completed we asked for an invoice because he wanted payment. He couldn’t provide invoice he said to take photo of it from his tablet he was carrying. We said we would need physical invoice I can’t file a phot. He said we can email you one but he doesn’t know how to do that. I will ask my office to email it.
