Had only one problem with the hot springs tub. Only have owned for 2 years, cover broke and called *** at the place were we bought it. Since it is a warranty item. He conveniently said he could find sale on the computer. I told him it was 6/1/2015. Still he couldn't find it. He was belligerent telling me i bought way earlier, cause I couldn't find the receipt initially. Of course it was mistaken it was not put into the computer. How convenient is that?. Do not buy from this place. It is really bad customer service.
Bob and Bob were very helpful in understanding my needs and making recommendations based on my budget. My new Hot Spot SX has such a nice moto-massage jet and it was super affordable. Highly recommended!!!! They included delivery to my backyard (not my driveway), a step to make it easier to get in, a starter chemical kit, a cover, and now they're my go to for maintenance. I love the fact that their tech has been there for 22 years - he's so informative!
Bob is the best,. He has worked with me on getting the Insurance to replace my hot tub.I have been dealing with Bob for almost 25 years not only is he a very knowledgeable and very professional man he has been a pleasure to do business with. When you have someone like myself who depends on the use of a hot tub for daily use for pain management due to back issues he has been a life saver .
