We purchased a slightly used Dimension One tub from a friend a few years ago. Best move ever! We had a lesser brand with weaker jets prior to this one. What a difference quality makes! This Californian tub is used almost daily. We have only needed service twice in 7 years ( a known issue, since redesigned), and look to Spas Of Oregon for repairs. I recommend these folks. We went to six dealers and I wet tested three different brand of tubs. Spas of Oregon were the best. They were very helpful and transparent when we were shopping around, they ensured the installation went well and have provided great service post purchase too. We have a D1 Nautilus and I am so happy with it.
These guys are awesome! Bailed us out and got us hooked up with a used spa cover that fits great for an awesome price. Highly recommend them!
