PLEASE come here before you buy any other hot tub! The Hot Springs Spa is so far superior in technology, cleaning systems and options. We bought a hot tub from a spa company in Orlando and it didn't work at all. I was very lucky that they took the hot tub back. Do not make the mistake I made and go anywhere else for your Hot Tub. From the moment I contacted Spas Etc, their attention to detail, service and response has been fantastic!!! They have to travel over 1 1/2 hours to service us and have been amazying responding!!! Oh!!! and the Hot Springs Envoy NXT, just amazying.!!! Thank you guys!!!!

Hi! Just a quick post to tell you how much we have enjoyed our Hot Springs Spa! We bought ours in 2005 and other than a filter and replacement pillows, we have had no issues at all, just enjoyment. Strongly recommend the 4 month ionizer replacement program as it takes the guess work out of when to replace the water. Always great service from Spas of Orlando, they are always there to answer any questions we have had. We have relatives with other brands, and they just don't compare. Excellent customer service We've had our spa for about 6 years now. Purchasing the spa was a great experience - the sales rep helped us pick out one that fit our needs and our budget. We were able to try out the spa prior to purchasing it. We have had some minor problems with the spa but Spas Etc. was always ready to come and take care of our problem.
