Ordered and paid for a swim spa over $20,000 worth in June it’s now almost December and I haven’t received my spa . I’ve made numerous calls and emails and messages with no response. Do yourselves a favour and buy a spa elsewhere
VERY, VERY UPSET WITH JOHN AND THE TEAM AT SPAS DIRECT DANDENONG. WE PURCHASED OUR SPA AND JOHN TOLD US THAT WE WOULD HAVE 10 DAYS NOTICE BEFORE IT WAS DELIVERED. WE RECIEVED 2 DAYS NOTICE AND WAS CHARGED MORE FOR DELIVERY FROM THE DRIVER THAN WE WHERE TOLD WHEN WE PURCHASED THE SPA. THE UPGRADE PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED AND WHEN TRYING TO CONTACT JOHN REGARDING THIS HE WOULD NEVER ANSWER HIS PHONE. Shocking customer service (not the people who answer the 1300 number) but getting anyone from Victoria to call you back is next to impossible
This would have to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. After justifying charging me more for the ‘new model’ cascade grande they sent me the old model. I was happy to keep it for a discount of $5000 which was the difference between the new model. I called before purchasing to confirm the benji sauna was 10 amp as per Web site. Well not only did sauna arrive with no instructions, it has 15amp plug needing +$500 out of pocket electrical installation. I've called Spas Direct several times to enquire why website doesn't match what's delivered...they've provided no answers..still waiting. Steer clear
