unreliable if they are open during hours they say they are open. both my spouse and I have tried to buy chemicals from them and they are always closed even though their posted hours say they are open. the final straw was going there to pick up chemicals I ordered, the lady who is there when they are open wasn't there, it appeared her "dad" was there BS's with a guy about a cycle. If you are thinking of purchasing a hot tub, look no further. Go see these guys! The salesperson in the store is very nice and helpful, excellent customer service, always willing to help. The owner was present during the installation of our hot tub and answered all of our questions, we highly recommend him and his company.
We had an outstanding purchase experience with Spas And More. Owner Danny and his sales person Ron each gave us an experience unlike most businesses deliver today. No pressure, lots of information, concern over getting a decision that fit us well, delivery of the hot tub exactly when we were told it would be here and an installation that is just right. We are so grateful.
