I see some of the reviews and I am shocked. I ordered a replacement Spa Controller kit, WiFi device and ozone device. Delivery was made as promised and the installation exactly as the instructions stated. It was a plug and play installation and was completed in less than 3 hours. I have been monitoring the system since installation. It is working better than the previous controller. I am very impressed with this company and the products provided to me. They get 5 stars because 10 stars is not an option.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is SpaGuts. Must have had to change their name. I will start by saying that I chose to use SPA GUTS because they offered a 2 Year Warranty. The Customer Support was helpful in identifying the spa controller that I needed. I used this info and purchased the controller through Amazon. It still comes from the Spa Guts warehouse. the worst company to deal with .hope you don't have to exchange anything
as you can see I am in my golden years I called this company I have no idea what a spa consists of while I was asking for advice about the pump that I needed the person I was dealing with told me that the pump was out of stock he then told me that there was a pump that he had would fit my spa so i said ok i I will buy it it cost me over $300.oo I live on social security I could not really afford the pump he sounded honest ,anyway the pump he sent did not fit my spa so I have to pay the shipping cost to send it back to them p... read more
