Do not ever seek employment at Sparton Electronics! Worked there 15 years. Majority of the years I worked constant overtime. 8 of the 15 years I worked over 60 plus hrs a week. Ruined my family!! They do not value the great hard working employees! The day I walked out on them was one of the BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE!! I was the best they ever had at my position, burn in HELL!!!!!!
