No one cares how you feel 10 hours of offloading isn’t good enough if you owner never try here
Facility was clean, easy to dock plenty of overnight parking staff was very courteous
9 hours past appointment time until unloaded. The guy name Jeff very rude guy. Try to ask him simple questions and he start to be aggressive and yelling. Other people was pretty friendly and nice but Jeff very rude guy. Be careful with this company long time to unloading and be careful how you talk especially with Jeff. He is ruining this company with that attitude!
Charged me $200 for being late.
Dangerous place ,horrible service ridiculous communication very very bad service I checked 5 am I got door but now is 12:46 pm even no intentions of being unloaded when I try to call them they act rude people change your service bcz the service you provide is horrible service and Dangerous to the drivers, horrible and horrible receiver 5am checked in out at 4:46pm you deserve zero star bcz you don't care about someone job I will not come back here anymore bcz your ignorance drivers be careful you gonna loose whole day long
