I had a 6:00 AM appointment and checked in at 5:45 AM. They gave me a door right away. Paid a $100 lumper fee. By 7:00 AM I was already checked out. The team unloaded very quickly – smooth and efficient experience!
Everyone’s very nice down there
TERRIBLE receiver, $500 lumper and a 6-10 unload because they count each box. Wont ever come back. Out of 11 hours of driving you guys use up 6 hours by making carriers sit and wait. Use your brains and EMAIL THE BOL to the carrier. Let us go!
Horrible receivers. 3+ hours to unload. Unacceptable.
