Spartanburg water worked on a man hole in the middle of the road in front of my home SEVERAL YEARS ago. The work required them to cut across my front yard, through my concrete driveway and digging approximately 7 feet deep around the man hole in my yard. At the completion of their project they filled the area with dirt and gravel, however I still have a driveway with no cement and a manhole that is now about 6 inches above ground. Water smells like chemicals and they will cut off your water if you pay your bill late. How late? Before your second bill is even due. 27 days after your 1st bill is due. 9 days before your second bill is due. Not to mention water prices are DOUBLE what I have paid everywhere else in the Carolinas. I will make it my life's mission to get the government involved with this corrupt company.
Never sends a confirmation email. Takes money from the account and yet it doesn't show up on their system. Will accept the payment, then return it multiple times some months. Total balance will say one thing then change to another. This is a scam if I've ever seen one. Cannot access your billing statement online.
