please hurry up with this water issue in the cannons campground area. This area already goes through a lot having to drive around the world just to get home because of the bridge outage ! Water smells like chemicals and they will cut off your water if you pay your bill late. How late? Before your second bill is even due. 27 days after your 1st bill is due. 9 days before your second bill is due. Not to mention water prices are DOUBLE what I have paid everywhere else in the Carolinas. I will make it my life's mission to get the government involved with this corrupt company.
Never sends a confirmation email. Takes money from the account and yet it doesn't show up on their system. Will accept the payment, then return it multiple times some months. Total balance will say one thing then change to another. This is a scam if I've ever seen one. Cannot access your billing statement online.
I received a notification over the weekend that there was an issue with my automatic payment draft. I called SW on Monday and spoke to Debra. I explained to her there should be no reason for the issue and she was super informative and very helpful. She got my account squared away and was very pleasant during the call. Kudos to Debra for great customer service.
Called this morning to clear up an issue that happened with my payment processing. I spoke to Debra and she was very friendly and handled my account well. Thank you Debra for your help. Great customer service experience.
