I had a full knee replacement here and am very pleased to say everyone involved went to great extent to assure it went well. From setting up financing,registration, pre-surgery preparation and the whole surgery was very comforting to know I was in good hands. Dr. French in anesthesia was very informative about all that he and his staff were doing. First let me say the nurses there are excellent! I went in for a simple surgery and it went down the tubes. I am highly allergic to a certain medication.. I told everyone in the surgery holding area that I was allergic to this medication.. told all the nurses, told the anesthesiologist.. told him how I ended up in cardiac care unit from the medication.. he assured me that I would not get that medication.. well the nurse anesthesiologist came to get me for surgery and I told her I was highly allergic to this drug and what hap... read more
I didn't actually have surgery. I had an appointment with a physician in that building. The building and offices are always clean
