I went to this ER last weekend. I was having an asthma flareup, and I was scared that my lungs were going to take a deep turn for worse. I had NO medication for my asthma with me. I was completely out. I told them that I can only go about 2 hours without my breathing nebulizer. It was about 7:30 at this point. I sit through an EKG and some bloodwork, and by this time it's about 9:30. I'm starting to feel a little tight, but I push through. At about 10:30, I need my medicine. I don't have any on me. Horrible discharge planning from the rtu. Was told we would have ot/pt for my father who had a stroke and lost use of the right arm. The doctor placed the order then the discharge coordinators never did anything with said orders, there was 0 follow up. I called left multiple messages, on call nurse, discharge planner, administrator, no follow up no call backs. They should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of care, lack of empathy, and contributing to poor patient outcomes.
This place took care of my wife made sure she in no pain kept checking up on us make sure everything going well while she gets her blood transfusion thanks to all the nurses and doctors on the 3rd floor y'all are amazing
was sent into the behavioral unit (idk what you call it for grown people) the entire time i was in there was horrible until the week shift people came in. on the second day of being there i was prescribed meds made with gelatin EVEN THO IT SAYS IN MY PAPERWORK IM ALLERGIC! i was constantly attempted to be fed meat dispite me making it loud and clear that im vegetarian and i have been for over 10 years. it was told they tried to get to the dr abt switching the meds to a hard pill or liquid form and that never happened until t... read more
went to er to try and get help all were nice and compassionate to your face the write on my chart taking everything I told the lady and then wrote everything out of context then when got back to room very quickly after a doctor came in and he was the most arrogant,self centered , rude excuse for a doctor I ever saw he made me feel like I was nothing but scum to him he never did anything just said several things sarcasticly and I felt like he was sizing me up the go write something on my chart that he had no idea about the co... read more
