Went to get checked out for a perforated iud... after being transferred from another hospital. They gave me fluids and gave me some medicine for an infection but did not call the on call obgyn people. Now my iud has embedded into me even more. Im in severe pain and now have to have surgery.
If I could leave no stars I absolutely would ! I have told triage nurses check in and another nurse 5 times I can not breathe I can’t catch my breath and get told well there’s 4 people in front of you you’ll need to sit down and mad that I pulled my mask down and demanded me put it back on even after I repeated to them that I can not breathe. If I was dying and needed to go to a hospital it would not be this one ! Unacceptable
Took my 11 month old to the ER after being told by two different on call emergency nurses that she needed IV fluids due to dehydration from a very bad stomach virus she is fighting off. We were basically told by the doctor that she’s fine despite the dehydration symptoms, they would not give her any fluids, and then proceeded to tell us a story about his own kids who had a stomach bug the week before and then a very brief goodbye. Jocelyn was my RN and she was an absolute delight the entire time. Very fun and down to earth, answered all of my questions and was very attentive to anything I asked of her. She was a treat to be around and very much a people person
