JJ was fantastic. She put in the extra effort to help us get approved for a conventional mortgage instead of an FHA loan which saved us over 100 a month! While I never physically met her she was always very accessible by email. She explained everything in the process clearly and did a great job. I'll definitely reach out to her again next time I need a loan.
