I just wanted to say I usually phone a nurse and have a very positive experience, however today I was unlucky. If you ever phone a nurse and her name is Heather, hang up. Completely condescended down to me, wasn’t helpful, and said “she’s not a doctor.” Well last time I checked phone a nurse is for medical advice. Just so rude for no REASON. Avoid Heather at all costs… don’t know her last name but when she starts talking you will know!
My boyfriend has been in the Spartanburg regional care for 3 weeks . Many of the nurses have been very helpful to him and patient with him , as far as taking care of him after his stomach surgery . As far as I’m aware . However, when I’m not by his side day and night being his support , I have over heard as I’ve been on the phone with him nurses being hostile , and rude to him .
