I would love to thanks Ms. Janice Jones with the 2nd shift Environmental Service Team for cleaning the filthy room my family member has been in for 2 weeks. The toilet had black rings & the floor in the room was littered with medical waste,ie,paper, syringe caps etc. The same dried food stains have been there the whole time She had to use many of her floor mop pads & did a great job with a smile & a joyful heart. Thank you Miss Janice!
