Horrible company. Locked my car’s computer system down and then left. They said they’d come back to look at it two days later so I drove back to my car an hour away and waited for three hours with my 1 and 2 year old in the car and he never showed up. The dispatcher was very rude and when I asked him if I should just leave he told me yes and that this happens often. I thought the locksmith was just an employee but it was the BOSS.

Very bad work paid them to get the door unlocked and then once we were in we were willing to pay to have a new lock put on . Instead he left the broke off lock in he door and then while trying to get the broke piece out closed the door back so that locked it again and said he couldn't do anymore. He was here a total of 20min. And had his car running the entire time with his wife in it .?
