just back from my follow-up with Dr Butehorn and his staff are SO pleasant and my path report was benign! YAY!
I tried 3 times to reach the ENT office, for a sick/earach appointment Their system put me on hold for so long the AI came on and asked me to leave a message. The message was not returned. I had to eventually go to urgent care. My ear had become so infected, and right now I can't hear out of it. My doctor was Dr. Anderson (who i liked) but I was never able to connect with a person. Shame on your practice and the treatment of your patients.
After mix up with insurance and my being a major butt caused by my prolonged suffering from a very bizarre and hard to believe let alone diagnose but through God's grace and Dr Anderson I'm confident in the fact we getting the answers and God willing be treated I put it in the hands of professional physicians and our heavenly. The staff of Spartanburg are incredible people!! They are extremely professional and friendly, and they are great listeners as well!! I've never had a negative experience at Spartanburg ENT.
