I am really grateful for the care and treatment provided by the county health department. Not only did they provide a transfer of immunization record quickly, they also helped ensure my son could start daycare on time. The head nurse was incredibly informative, gentle, and supportive during a stressful time. Thank you for the great care and helpful guidance.

Called on several separate occasions. Dialed and pressed several of the different prompts and could never get a hold of anybody
Waited over an hour to be greeted by a rude woman who clearly hates her job and having to deal with people. She gave my wife an attitude when asked simple questions and answered her like she was talking to an idiot.
