What a joke and waste of time. Waited 1.5 months for my appointment. Got a phone call and email reminding me my appointment the night before. Was ready for it the next day. No one called or emailed. I called them 45 minutes later and was told they were in a meeting and someone would get back to me. Got a phone call that said she called me earlier to let me know that I needed to reschedule. The employees are great but they charge people 10 dollars to get their STD and HIV/AIDS check ups is sad. They ask you if you receive any income and you can tell them no and they still charge you $10.00!! I have never been to a Health Department that charged you to check your status!!! Praying for Spartanburg
After sitting there for 3 hours , I was told that they couldn't accept the legal copy that is clearly stamped legal copy . Of the court order i provided them . They wouldn't even make a simple phone call to the courthouse to verify that the paperwork did in fact come from them . Very rude refused to let me see a supervisor, in fact wouldn't even tell me there supervisors name . Very unprofessional.
