The employees are great but they charge people 10 dollars to get their STD and HIV/AIDS check ups is sad. They ask you if you receive any income and you can tell them no and they still charge you $10.00!! I have never been to a Health Department that charged you to check your status!!! Praying for Spartanburg

After sitting there for 3 hours , I was told that they couldn't accept the legal copy that is clearly stamped legal copy . Of the court order i provided them . They wouldn't even make a simple phone call to the courthouse to verify that the paperwork did in fact come from them . Very rude refused to let me see a supervisor, in fact wouldn't even tell me there supervisors name . Very unprofessional.

I am really grateful for the care and treatment provided by the county health department. Not only did they provide a transfer of immunization record quickly, they also helped ensure my son could start daycare on time. The head nurse was incredibly informative, gentle, and supportive during a stressful time. Thank you for the great care and helpful guidance.

Very nice, friendly, and helpful people! They were able to help me completely extremely quickly, and where very kind to my child. They even gave helpful information with my next steps!
