I had recommended this place to family/ friends and I had a terrible feedback about they’re personnel being extremely rude. From the receptionist to the nurses. unbelievable, will not be recommending this place again.
I had an unfortunate experience with MANAGEMENT. While having a conversation with my mother, the Hispanic manager was paying attention to my conversation and later decided to jump in. NOTHING in the conversation I had with my mother disrespected anyone or the facility, this women rudely interrupted my conversation and started an altercation with me (17 year old) I asked what in my conversation offended her, she proceeded to say she can say “anything she wants bc she was the head manager”. These people are sooooo nice! & they really do take care of you! I had Dr.Trapp he was wonderful & patient! very nice people, all over that building, I absolutely highly recommend!
Definitely rushed service and customer service is horrible.
I went to the Free extraction day today and it was a blessing for me and my dad the dentist I got her name was Olivia and she was A1 and super nice I didn't feel a thing she even gave me some prices so I could start on some dentures to get my $100 dollar smile back lol today was a good thing they did for the community I came from Gaffney and it was worth it thanks
