They examined my cat and gave us a diagnosis. Once back home we realized they did not give us a treatment plan. When I called back they said a technician would call me back with treatment plan details. No technician ever called. When I called a second time, they said a technician would call me back with treatment plan details. No technician ever called. When I called a THIRD time, they said a technician would call me back with treatment plan details. No technician ever called.
