Spartan Urgent Care does not know how to bill insurance correctly. been fighting with them for 2 years. the medical billing company tries to reach out for answers but they don't respond. The only response they give is sorry we switched billing companies and nothing we can do about it. I will never go to this facility again.

They told me that they took my type of insurance but then about 6 months later sent me a bill. They told me there was nothing they could do about it.
West Saginaw location...Dr. Didnt even examine my son. He looked at his eye and asked us. "Think he has a cold?" Then that was it. Wrote a scrip and was done! We called back after the weekend as we were not able to het his scrip filled and had heard from school one if his close buddies had pink eye. Instead of being met with understanding, the nurse or dr. Whatever she was starts arguing with my wife on the phone. Then suggest to just bring in both our kids to get looked at! Yeah right..never again will we go there. Same goe... read more
I would have given it a 1 star but I did have one good visit by a female doctor and one bad visit that I took my son in for. The doctor came in and literally was ready to just write a script and send us on our way. He only looked at his eyes because that was my biggest concern. He didn't listen to his lungs, check his throat or ears or anything. I'm so mad because now what I was told was not contagious is showing up in my daughter. When I called to complain the lady just talked curcles with me. Was not underatanding one bit.... read more
Dr Paget is literally the best doctor I've ever been to. She figures out the best solution to ur problem and doesn't treat u like a pill seeker or drug addict. She's kind, sincere, and honest. I wish she had her own practice. �
