Spoke with lead tech who is a good friend about shop availability because the company i work for needed service on one of our trucks for a brake job and bunk heater repair. I proceeded to call the shop phone number for scheduling spoke to someone who asked me what I was needing I then explained it to him. He stated that he would have to talk to the tech about availability and he will call me back. It’s been over 10 days and no call back.
