Training home away from home whenever I'm in the Springs. Solid gym with great people and ample equipment for any powerlifter looking to train seriously. App allows day passes to be purchased and used outside of conventional business hours which is highly convenient and helpful whenever I come down on weekends.
We are so thankful we found Spartan Strength Systems and have really enjoyed the Youth classes for our 11 Year Old and 15 Year Old. Sam and Joe take the time to help the kids understand form and teaching safe habits. I love that they adjust the program to meet each of them where they are at and help them understand how it will strengthen them in their sports. The confidence they have both found through being a part of this program is unmatched!
We started going here for injury prevention for our daughter and have been very happy. Our daughter loves it and it has improved her strength and agility. The owners Sam and Joe are fantastic people who care about everyone in their gym. We highly recommend.
I absolutely LOVE the kids' strength classes and camps! My 8 and 6-year-olds have participated, and they've gained so much—improving their technique, building confidence, and developing strength that keeps them safe in their sports. The best part? The owners are incredibly kind and work so well with the kids. Highly recommend!
Never returned my calls or email. No hours of operation when you can check out the gym. Must not want new members.
