The guy at the front desk, Mike, was great. It’s rare to meet someone who actually enjoys their job and treats people kindly. He waited patiently while we finished tarping our load and he stayed professional the whole time. Unfortunately, the person who loaded our truck had a very different attitude. I arrived at the facility around 8:20 PM. Mike at the guard shack was very professional, respectful, and helpful during check-in. Unfortunately, the experience with the loader was not the same. After placing the coil, I politely asked if he could move it just a little outward for safer positioning. Instead of helping, he started yelling from inside the yellow cabin. Professional communication with drivers is important, especially when we are trying to secure the load safely.
