I was very disappointed with the service we received from Spartan Roofing. The lady that called to find out where to send the invoice was rude to me. It had been a WEEK since the inspection and no one had called us to tell us the result of their inspection (despite the fact that it was raining/leaking daily). She said they hadn't called because they didn't know who to call, but they certainly found our number when they needed the invoice paid!
