John from Spartan arrived promptly for our appointment. He was very friendly and very professional. I asked him to do a little extra (power washing patio cushions too big for a household washing machine spray of my siding) and he was happy to do so. I decided to use a professional cleaning service this year because my 2000 psi power washer has not been up to the challenge of removing some embedded (and very minor, I should add) dirt streaks in a portion of my PVC deck. Just got my exterior windows cleaned from Spartan. The price was fair and they did a great job.
They did a thorough job, my 25 year old deck looks like new, plus the gutters and siding are very clean.
I contacted Rowan to pressure wash the siding on my entire house, plus patio, porch, and walkways. It was a big job! His pricing was the best by far and the finished job was top notch! I will not hesitate to bring Rowan back again for future jobs.
John did a fantastic job installing the gutter guards at my home. I look forward to many years of unclogged eavestroughs!
