James was awesome! He did a great job installing our new filter system and he was very kind and helpful while explaining how to operate it.
Great initial interaction with the main office. Was told since I did a lot of the work that I would get a discount for opening my pool, told them I wanted to pre-pay the service before they came out and gave them my credit card information to do that. The service technician was very nice and very helpful. He spent a total of four hours in a two week timeframe to get my pool open a little bit later I get a bill for $800 which is $200 more than what I was told I would have to pay and should have already paid. I called Spartan, due to an ongoing issue I had with my blower for my spa and my spa heater not working. I had literally not been able to get my blower to work properly since the original build of the pool., I called in spoke to Paul the coordinator he quickly got me set up and scheduled in. Paul was very professional and prompt. They showed up right on time and on schedule. James, my pool tech was simply outstanding.
