I was Provided inconsistent information here that took a lot of my time. I was First told my insurance would cover my orthotics by whomever answered the phone there and went through the lengthy hoops to get the Rx as a result only to find out from someone else there that my insurance would Not cover it, however it did not make sense as to why because the reason for the orthotics should be covered per my insurance. Dean was incredible! Great with my son, and always included my other kiddos in their brothers care when he could! 5 stars for sure!
We had an amazing experience with Dean and his staff. Dean was so good with my 6 year old daughter. They go way above and beyond to connect with and make the child feel comfortable. If all doctors were so dedicated, I'd never have to dread another appointment. Kudos to you all for putting smiles on kids faces and gratitude in parents hearts.
