Slavedriving management, no training, false promises, inaccurate performance reviews, high stress, high employee turnaround, low wages, does not appreciate good employees, micromanagers, payroll dept constantly making payroll errors in their favor, etc etc etc

Very poor quality, 16k on an engine and it failed. No warranty past a year because it was in a 1 ton vehicle, even though all other manufactures offer 18-16 month warrantys. Engine had an internal failure. We intall 4-5 engines a month, will never purchase another Spartan engine again. And we were 3 months out of this pathetic warranty.
