Great customer service. I read the review's and have to say I didn't experience any rudeness. I let the lady know that we have used their product for over a year and love how well they keep mosquitos away. However this last purchase wasn't working, as well as before. She asked me a few questions to verify how I used them and how I had them set up. Before she even asked those questions she was happy to send me a replacement. These work great! I definitely recommend using Spartan Mosquito.. Thank you Spartan employee!

This stuff works really good but it works better if you put it in a place where it won’t get rained on. The rain dilute it and then it doesn’t work. Then you have to take them down and replace them.

Their products are the best you can find. The Spartan bug spray works for anything from skeeters, ticks, gnats, etc. It doesn't make you stink like the other kinds do or make you oily or greasy. I use it year round for work, being in woods, to being on the water in South Ms. I wish it was in mote stores for easier access cuz I always give my bottles to whoever is with me so they can see how good it is.

We put out six spartan tubes six days ago. I haven't seen much of a reduction in the number of mosquitoes yet.
