I will never work with this company again! I had just brought my wife back from the hospital with a new born. Our AC stops cooling. Our leasing company calls out spartan mechanical. First their poorly trained technicians tried to get me to believe that their thin filters are the problem. Then they try to convince me that nothing is wrong, even though I had ice from my attic to the side of my house. I kept putting in maintenance requests and they kept sending spartan. Great services. Great installations Strongly recommend if your a/c goes out
This company was assigned to take care of our unit when out AC went out by our rental company. The rental company called and left three messages throughout the day. I also called 3 different times and left messages. No one ever answered any of those calls and no one ever called back! Between 8 am and 6pm we never hear from anyone. Not the way to het business.
