Today, I experienced a troubling incident near the intersection of Kingsway and Victoria. A van with the Spartan HVAC logo was driving aggressively, refusing to let me change lanes despite my early signals being on and a parked car blocking the curbside lane after 3 PM. The driver's behavior was alarming - not only did they impede my lane change, but also had a mocking laughter and pointed fingers at me. Excellent customer service. I dealt with Rob and he went above and beyond to ensure my expectations were met and all issues were resolved.
I was driving in Poco today by the Walmart and a guy in one of their vans blew through a stop sign, didn't even break and almost hit me and my 5-year-old daughter. We stopped fully, had the right of way and he nearly t-boned us. His van bumper was a foot away from my vehicle. I am shocked that employees think it's okay to drive recklessly while in their company vehicles. Definitely not okay. I would also like to note he laughed at us while we drove away.
we are satisfied of their service to our building as a property management company. here I have to appreciate Mike Bolzan efforts. He respond fast and take care of our tenants' businesses running even during the heat wave with immediate repair of broken parts.
