This gym is just amazing. Everyone is friendly and all the workouts are intense. I recently worked with Will and he is an awesome trainer who gives awesome information on diet, workouts, etc and really cares about his clients. If you need a gym to workout at Spartan Fitness is the place to go. 11/10.
