Dr. Koutros has been my primary dental care physician for many years now! He and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and gentle. They treat everyone like family! I was with Spartan Dental for years and loved there service but as of late it seems that they are growing and loosing their focus on their customers I recently had three crowns put in and they were sized up by a student and one just has not fit right from the time it was put in and when I spoke to the dentist it was put in a light that I was the one that was wrong, sorry after shelling out almost $2,000 if I am not happy I am not wrong, it should be made right. Make sure you know up front what is covered by your insurance company. We were hit with a bill that was close to $500.00 l that we were not expecting, because they only do white fillings which were not covered by our insurance! NOT ONCE WAS THIS EVER MENTIONED TO US ! We were never consulted or told this before the work was done!!! They just assumed it would be OK to do the work without consulting us on it not being covered by our insurance ! At that point we had no option but to pay for the work that was already done tak... read more
