The techs are competent and I have no problem with their hourly rate ($89). However, their mark-up on parts is completely outrageous. I recently had them do a small-business upgrade. The USB mini adapter sells on Amazon for $ 16.95. Spartan's charged me $ 30 (176% mark-up). The IOGear switcher sells on Amazon for $ 18.15.
