Nice experience
They have been out 3 times for the same leak and have not yet fixed it, but they have sent me over a $400 bill for not fixing it. Update 10/13/2020 After tearing up the pads on the roof myself and cleaning the area, I called them back out as I found a cut on the edge of one of the walking pads. They came out and repaired the leak free of charge in exchange that I would pay the $400 invoice from the first few times they were out and were not able to locate the leak.
